Your Training Bud does not try to be the only coach in your life. It keeps the workout record private, portable, and importable, so you can use ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, a local model, or a human coach without losing the clean app experience.

Export Training Passport

Choose a date range. Your Training Bud packages workouts, journal notes, recovery signals, skipped movements, equipment, and units.

Attach the passport to the AI or coach you trust. Ask questions, compare options, and keep the conversation outside the app.

Generate a Your Training Bud patch

When you are ready, the AI returns one clean ytb-plan-patch.json file instead of vague advice.

Your Training Bud creates a backup, previews before/after changes, then applies a new active program copy. History stays safe.

Why It Matters

Trust boundary

Your Training Bud does not send your data to an external AI service. You export a file, choose where it goes, then import a structured result.

Pain and injury notes are training context, not diagnosis or treatment. For concerning symptoms, talk with a qualified professional.
