Terms of Service.

By using Wed Flags — the app, the site, or any related service — you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. They are still terms.

What Wed Flags is

Wed Flags is a comedy card game about fictionalized weddings. It is not a wedding planning service, a legal service, or a real wedding. Stories, characters, vendors, and venues are fictional or composite.

Acceptable use

• Be at least 17 years old to play and submit stories.
• Don't impersonate anyone or submit content that targets a real, identifiable person.
• Don't submit copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
• Don't use Wed Flags to harass, dox, or defame anyone.

Story submissions

When you submit a story, you grant Wed Flags a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, fictionalize, and include the substance of the story in the game and related materials. You confirm the story is yours to share and contains no real names or identifying details.

You can request removal of your submission at any time by emailing hello@wedflags.com.

Intellectual property

"Wed Flags," the wordmark, app icon, card system, and original artwork are property of the Wed Flags studio. Press and editorial use of screenshots and the logo are welcome with credit.

Purchases & refunds

When the app is live, purchases are handled by the App Store. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy.

Disclaimers

Wed Flags is provided "as is." It is a comedy. It is not legal, financial, emotional, or marital advice. Don't make real wedding decisions based on what happens to Maggie and Nico.

Changes

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted on this page.
